Hi guys!
I’m Mariah Manley, your own local Teen Librarian at the Medway Public Library.
A few facts about me:
- I’m originally from Utah and love to go hiking. I miss my Rocky Mountains!
- I love fandoms. Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Star Wars, Nerd Fighters, Austenites…basically I like being part of passionate groups. Look for new events and book clubs to come based on my latest obsessions or come to me with your own ideas. If I can make it happen I will!
- I read almost every genre but I especially love fantasy and science fiction. Consequently, I also love every format of story telling…movies, tv, print books, eBooks, music, theatre.
- I graduate from Simmons College in August with two master’s degrees. The first is in Library Science and the other is in Children’s Literature.
Feel free to come to me with any questions, requests, or for book recommendations. My office is straight across from the main circulation desk.
